PROPERTY ENTRY-EXIT NOTICE. If your Tenant is NOT home, at the scheduled Start Date and Time indicated on the 24-Hour Inspection/Maintenance Notice, then this form can be used to let the Tenant know that the Landlord's Agent (Inspector or Contractor) entered the property, with the Landlord's Property Key to perform an Inspection or Maintenance of the property. Landlord should leave (1) copy at the property for the Tenant, and take (1) ORIGINAL back to the Landlord. As always, please take a witness with you.
