Formal Evictions, Eviction Appeal Hearings, Small Claims Hearings, and Lifting of Automatic Stays with the US Bankruptcy Court
We have referral attorneys for Formal Eviction, Eviction Appeal, Small Claims Hearings, and US Bankruptcy Lifting of Automatic Stay attorneys.  A Formal Eviction and Eviction Appeal Hearing is a Civil action and Clark County has deemed that only an attorney can handle these cases.  Please contact one of these attorneys can handle Formal Evictions, Small Claims Hearings and Lift the Automatic Stay with the US Bankruptcy Court.  The attorney's rates, retainers, etc. are set by each attorney depending upon the case details.  Once Automatic Stay is lifted you can return to LVL Evictions to finish the Eviction.

Eviction Attorney vs. LVL Evictions
Las Vegas Landlord Eviction Service (LVL Evictions) is @ $200 to $700 [ +/- ] depending upon the Landlord's needs.  LVL Evictions is not an Attorney or Law Firm.  An eviction attorney can cost @ $800 to $3300 [ +/- ], from start to finish, (not including Lockout Fees).  LVL Evictions is just supplying you with this information, so you can make an educated decision on which option to go with, an eviction attorney or LVL Evictions Service.  If you really need an eviction attorney, you should get one.  The choice is up to you.

Why does it cost so much with an Eviction Attorney? 
1.  Average hourly attorney rate is $250 to $375 / hour [ +/- ].  (phone calls, meetings, collecting information, etc.)
2.  Average retainer is $2000 / case.  (money you give in advance for your case)
3.  Average eviction rate is $800 / case.  (not including court appearance)
4.  Average court appearance rate is $250 to $375 / hour [ +/- ].  (you are billed from the time he leaves for court to the time he returns from court.  This could take @ 1 - 4 hours depending upon the court calendar.)
