The name may change but the service, attention to details, and quality should remain the same. This website link will remain the same for now, but the company name will change.

OVERVIEW
LAS VEGAS LANDLORD LTD was formed in 2011 because it wanted to offer eviction services, and the founder was tired of all the high priced, scare tactics used to cloud, cover up and hide the truth about Eviction Services (such as Notices, Evictions and Lockouts). Nobody wants to give you a straight answer or direct you to a website for help....Wow ! Hey ! That would mean that we lose business ! ? Ouch !.
Las Vegas Landlord Ltd handles evictions and some Clients have referred to us as "LVL" or "LVL Evictions" for simplicity, but this is NOT our official company name. If you see a reference to "LVL" or "LVL Evictions" please know that it is referring to the official company name of Las Vegas Landlord Ltd. The company used to have a long website address, but we shortened it to make it easier for our clients to type into their search bar, hence: LVLEvictions.com.
Las Vegas Landlord Ltd thinks quite the opposite. The more you are informed about what Las Vegas Landlord Ltd can do for you, the more you will use Las Vegas Landlord Ltd in the future. Landlords are NOT required to use Las Vegas Landlord Ltd. Las Vegas Landlord Ltd does not have the extra time to teach or give you the step-by-step process, but if you NOT have the time to train any Landlords on how to do an eviction, but we recommend that you read and research your own case. Las Vegas Landlord Ltd is not an Attorney, not a Law Firm, not a Judge, not a Court, not a Government Agency and not Law Enforcement. If you need an Attorney, you should get one, as there are some good Attorneys out there, at a higher price than Las Vegas Landlord Ltd. Las Vegas Landlord Ltd knows the eviction laws and is good at evictions. Las Vegas Landlord Ltd has handled numerous eviction cases that deal with Normal Rent (No Rental Assistance), Lease Violations, Nuisances, Left over Occupants, and Squatters.
Rental Assistance Eviction. For those Landlords receiving Federal and State Rental Assistance, Las Vegas Landlord Ltd has the knowledge and experience to handle those special cases for rent. You don't want to go through the eviction process just to find out that you have to start all over again because you missed a Federal and State mandated step. That can make you go crazy. If you are receiving any of the following rental assistance programs (rent money), then you need Las Vegas Landlord's help.
Most eviction companies, including some attorneys, make this process so cumbersome and confusing that you have to use them just to make sure you do not make a mistake.
