PROPERTY ENTRY-EXIT NOTICE. Landlord, If your Tenant is NOT home, at the scheduled Start Date and Time, indicated on the 24-Hour Inspection or Maintenance Notice, then this form can be used to let the Tenant know that the Inspector or Contractor entered the property, with the Landlord's Property Key. Make (2) copies. Leave (1) copy for Tenant at the property, and keep (1) copy for Landlord.
