TENANT ACCESS ( After Lockout )

GO TO LPOA
(Limited Power of Attorney)
> BACK TO EVICTION

Please fill in LPOA (Limited Power of Attorney) and LAFTA (Landlord Authorization for Tenant Access).  Las Vegas Landlord Eviction (aka: LVL Evictions) wants you to know what to do if your old Tenant needs access to the property to move out and how that can happen.  LVL Evictions coordinates one (1) day, up to eight (8) hours access for all Tenants/Occupants at the same time, unless a Tenant/Occupant has an active Temporary Protective Order (TPO) against another Tenant/Occupant, THEN there must be a different day for the victim of the TPO.

Tenant Access and Monitoring for Personal Property Removal
Now you maybe asking yourself, "How can I get the Tenant's personal property out of my property quickly?"  Well, there is a solution.  You can fill in a Landlord Authorization For Tenant Access (LAFTA) and request Las Vegas Landlord to take care of the Tenant access for up to 8 hours or more.  But Wait.  "Why do I need someone to watch the Tenant?"  Let's say you don't have someone watching the Tenant, and the Tenant removes your refrigerator, washer, dryer, stove, etc.  Are you OK with replacing those items?  Do you really want to stand in line to file a police report because you trusted your Tenant?  The choice is yours.
