OVERVIEW
LVL EVICTIONS [ aka: Las Vegas Landlord ] was formed in 2011 because its founders were tired of all the high priced, scare tactics used to cloud, cover up and hide the truth about Eviction Services (such as Notices, Evictions and Lockouts). Nobody wants to give you a straight answer or direct you to a website for help....Wow ! Hey ! That would mean that we lose business ! ? Ouch !.
LVL Evictions thinks quite the opposite. The more you are informed about what LVL Evictions can do for you, the more you will use LVL Evictions in the future. Our goal is to solve your problem as quickly and painlessly as possible within the limits of the law. Have you ever heard that old saying, "We got your back"? Well, it is true. LVL Evictions has your back. Our main goal is to protect you.
Landlords are NOT required to use LVL Evictions. LVL Evictions does not have the extra time to teach or give you the step-by-step process, but if you NOT have the time to train any Landlords on how to do an eviction, but we recommend that you read and research your own case. LVL Evictions is not an Attorney, not a Law Firm, not a Judge, not a Court, not a Government Agency and not Law Enforcement. If you need an Attorney, you should get one, as there are some good Attorneys out there, at a higher price than LVL Evictions. LVL Evictions knows the eviction laws and is good at evictions. LVL Evictions has handled numerous eviction cases that deal with Normal Rent (No Rental Assistance), Lease Violations, Nuisances, Left over Occupants, and Squatters.
Rental Assistance Eviction. For those Landlords receiving Federal and State Rental Assistance, LVL Evictions has the knowledge and experience to handle those special cases for rent. You don't want to go through the eviction process just to find out that you have to start all over agains because you missed a Federal and State mandated step. That can make you go crazy. If you are receivng any of the following rental assistance programs (rent money), then you need LVL Evictions help.
