We offer help with Eviction Appeals.
A landlord or tenant who wants to appeal has only ten (10) "judicial days" (which do not include weekends and legal holidays) from the date the eviction order or judgment is "entered" (filed with the court) to file the necessary documents with the court.
The party filing the Appeal is called an "appellant" (the party appealing) and the "respondent" (the party responding to the appeal).
NOTE: Under the Nevada Constitution, the district court has final appellate jurisdiction in cases arising in the justice court. (Nev. Const. art. VI, § 6, cl. 1.) Therefore, if the district court upholds the justice court's eviction order, there can be no further appeal.
There is no more eviction appeals after the District Court. Hence, no appeal to the NV Supreme Court.
This section is for those Owners, Attorneys, PMs and Agents whom are not happy with the Eviction Court's decision and want to file an Eviction Appeal.
LVL Evictions has attorneys that can take care of the Eviction Appeal or you can choose what Eviction process you want LVL to handle. No pressure. No hassle.
