Abandonment notice

This is when a Tenant leave or abandons a rental property without paying rent.  You as the Landlord probably will not know that this has happened until your Tenant misses his/her next rent payment.  This notice only requires (1) notice to be served on the property.  If your Tenant contacts you to let you know that he/she is still in the property, then you can use another notice to tell them they owe you rent.  If your Tenant does NOT contact you, then after the abandonment notice period ends, you can enter the property and change logs.
