Why Do You Need To Serve A Eviction Notice?
Landlord Side:  An eviction notice means that the Landlord has tried other options (talking to Tenant, sent letters, emails, faxes, etc.) that just have not worked.  What option does that leave the Landlord with?  Have an official eviction notice served on your Tenant.  The eviction notice process is not an overnight solution, but it can be a short one if the notice is done properly.
