Lease Violation notice

This is when a Tenant violates certain parts of the lease.  You can NOT use this for Rent!  You can NOT use this for Nuisances!  You can use this for when your Tenant brings in an unauthorized occupant, breaks something in the property, fails to maintain the landscaping or pool or jacuzzi, stores excessive trash on the property, gets HOA violations that have NOT been corrected, smoking in or on the property, builds an illegal structure, continues to have oil leak stains on the driveway, etc.
