DEPOSIT SUMMARY REQUEST
This notice is required by NRS118A.242 to inform tenant what happened to his/her/their deposits. Landlord has 30 days, from the date of termination or lease expiration, to check the property, obtain estimates for any damage caused by tenant(s), make repairs, collect invoices and refund any unused deposits back to tenant with an explanation of what was repaired. If the tenant did not damage anything, paid on time and did not terminate the lease early then the landlord should refund the entire tenant(s) deposits. Deposit Summary includes: 1) Accounting Page; 2) Supporting Invoices, Bills, Estimates and Quotes supplied by Landlord; and 3) A Mailing to one (1) Forwarding Address. Step-1: Landlord fills in Deposit Sum TNA and returns it to Las Vegas Landlord (LVL) office. Step-2: Landlord fills in Landlord DS Wksht and returns it along with all receipts, invoices, pictures, etc. to LVL office. |
