Caution: If Landlord wants to perform the lockout, LVL will NOT be involved in any part of the Lockout process.

An initial ( $300 ) Payment is REQUIRED to enforce Eviction Order. Payment can be Credit or Debit card, Zelle, Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Cash. LVL will charge from Payments for services performed. A final payment may be needed to pick up new keys, depending upon what is needed to secure the property.
